Company / RFID credential manufacturing
A manufacturing partner for controlled EV charging credentials.
Programme inputs under control

Company profile / 01
Focused on the physical credential layer.
ChargeRFID manufactures physical RFID credentials for charging-point operators, e-mobility service providers, fleet platforms and automotive programmes.
Each project starts with the operating environment: the current card or reader, chip family, identifier format, material route, artwork, order volume and delivery market. These inputs are converted into one production specification.
The approved construction, inlay, personalization plan, artwork and sample become the reference for batch checks and repeat orders. This keeps the physical credential aligned with the wider charging system.
Operating model / 02
A controlled path from brief to reorder.
Commercial, technical and production inputs are resolved in sequence so the approved physical result can be repeated—not reinvented on every order.
- 01
Technical brief
Reader, chip family, UID or data format, material, artwork, quantity and destination market.
- 02
Design for manufacture
Construction, inlay position, print method, finishing and serialization are combined in one controlled specification.
- 03
Sample validation
Physical appearance, handling and reader compatibility are reviewed before a production reference is approved.
- 04
Batch and reorder control
Production checks, data handoff and approved references support the first run and subsequent reorders.
Manufacturing capability / 03
One specification across product, data and production.
Final availability and documentation are confirmed against the exact construction, chip, destination and order profile.
